These Terms describe the conditions governing access to the corporate website operated by The Boston Capital Group, Inc. (“BCG,” “we,” “us” or “our”).
01Scope and acknowledgement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to this website and BCG-operated pages that link to them (collectively, the “Site”). Please read them together with the Privacy Notice and Trademark Notice. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge these Terms; their contractual effect is subject to applicable law.
If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Additional written terms may apply to a specific relationship, service or authorized area. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the specific written terms control for that subject.
02Corporate and informational purpose
BCG is a privately held operating holding company that originates, funds, develops, owns and manages its proprietary portfolio. Site content is provided for general corporate and institutional information only. It is not intended as a complete description of any business, asset, program, transaction, risk or legal relationship, and it should not be relied upon as such.
Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or solicitation of an offer to buy any security, digital asset, fund interest, financial product or other investment. Nothing is investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, a recommendation, a suitability determination, brokerage, placement, asset management or a promise of performance.
BCG does not offer investment products or advisory services to the public and does not manage or solicit third-party capital through the Site. You should consult your own qualified advisers before making financial, legal, tax or business decisions.
03Unsolicited proposals and communications
BCG does not solicit, review or accept unsolicited investment opportunities, financing requests, business plans, pitch decks, acquisition proposals, inventions, concepts or creative materials through the Site or its general email address.
Unless BCG has first entered into a written agreement signed by an authorized representative, sending materials does not create an obligation to review, respond, keep them confidential, return them, compensate you, avoid similar ideas or enter into any relationship. General email is not a secure submission channel and does not create an advisory, fiduciary, agency, partnership or other professional relationship.
04Portfolio and forward-looking information
Descriptions of BCG’s portfolio, programs, capabilities, planned platforms, developments, geographic reach and operating pathways may be abbreviated, illustrative, conceptual or forward-looking. They may depend on assumptions, approvals, financing, counterparties, licenses, market conditions and other contingencies.
Past activity is not a guarantee of future results. Plans may change, be delayed or not proceed. BCG does not undertake to update Site content except as required by law. Dates, visualizations and renderings should not be interpreted as commitments, offers or representations that a project or regulated activity is available.
05Site ownership and limited permission

BCG grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and display the Site for lawful informational use. No ownership right or other license is transferred. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
06Prohibited conduct

- use BCG names, marks, designs or content in a way that suggests sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement;

- probe, disrupt, bypass or interfere with Site security, availability or access controls;
- introduce malicious code or use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing or abusive activity; or

07Portfolio, affiliate and third-party sites
The Site may link to Block Sports Universe, portfolio companies, affiliates, governmental bodies, service providers or other third parties. Those destinations are operated under their own governance, terms and privacy notices. A link is provided for context or convenience and does not, by itself, constitute an endorsement, agency relationship, guarantee or incorporation of external content into this Site.
BCG is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security or practices of independently operated sites. Use them at your own discretion and review their terms.
08Availability and security
BCG may change, suspend, restrict or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or that the Site will be free from harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate device, network and security protections.
09Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. BCG disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy and quiet enjoyment to the extent those warranties may lawfully be disclaimed.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, duty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BCG and its directors, officers, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, service providers and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, opportunities or goodwill, arising from or related to the Site or reliance on its content.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence where such an exclusion is prohibited.
11Responsibility for misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your material violation of these Terms or your infringement of another party’s rights. This provision does not require you to indemnify any party for conduct for which indemnification is prohibited by law.
12Governing law and venue
These Terms and any dispute relating to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any nonwaivable right or mandatory law, proceedings relating to the Site must be brought in the state courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, or the United States District Court with jurisdiction over Miami-Dade County, and each party consents to that venue and jurisdiction.
13Changes, severability and contact
BCG may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Changes apply prospectively to Site use after posting, subject to applicable law. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
